Its<br \/>incredible biodiversity makes it a unique place, and the presence of<br \/>pink flamingos, cormorants, ducks, peregrine falcons, and royal<br \/>seagulls attracts birdwatching enthusiasts and hikers.<br \/>The pond&#8217;s fishy waters have always characterized the economy<br \/>and uses of the local population among whose most important<br \/>examples we can certainly mention that of the production of<br \/>12<br \/>mullet roe.
